I love getting on here to share tidbits of Gods word that have ministered to me thru out the years. I know alot of you read them and comment. But above all that, I pray that they are doing for you what they are doing for me. My wife always tells me I’m so wordy. But my response is always,’ I am a preacher..hello’! Lol. Anyway w/ this teaching, inspired by Chips message at Fifth service. So here we go…. The greatest motivator in life is inspiration. Inspiration in the Webster dictionary is: ‘an inspiring or animating action or influence; a divine influence directly and immediately exerted upon the mind or soul. A divine quality of the writings or words of a person so influenced’. Inspiration is life’s ability to conquer all fears and overcome all obstacles.
Inspiration is motivated by a ‘ divine influence directly and immediately exerted upon the mind or soul’. This inspiration divinely implanted, gives us the ability to look beyond our circumstances and situations and demand victory regardless of the opponent. Inspiration is the spirit of life that God (Zoe) created in all of us. Our spirit not only hangs on to hope, but it brings power to hope. In fact in Proverbs 18:14 it says that a strong spirit will sustain a man in a time of trouble. Your spirit owns the inspiration for life. If your spirit owns your inspiration and your not inspired, that means your spirit is not working properly. Proverbs 17:22 Solomon says that a broken spirit dries up the bones. If this ever happens to you, you have to ask yourself..” Do you feel lucky today? Well do you..punk”! ..lol. Sorry got carried away w/ Clint Eastwood there for a moment. But you have to ask yourself, how do I get my spirit back in place under the divine influence? By reconnecting with The Spirit. The Holy Spirit. That is why God sent Him here to earth in the first place. He is Gods INSPIRATION on planet earth to all His believers. If you don’t believe that, speak in tongues for a few minutes and then get back w/ me on that. Our spirit understands its life assignment. The assignment? To bring the God (Zoe) kind of inspiration back to planet earth. That’s exactly what happened in the Upper Room in the book of Acts. God brought His heavenly inspiration to His disciples and a 109 others to restart life Jesus-style. Our spirits assignment is to bring inspiration to life. And it’s the divine influence that brings direction to it. Divine influence gives inspiration stamina. It, or better yet He, brings longevity to inspiration. Jesus said in John 6 that life is in the Spirit. And what He was speaking was how the spirit will inspire life. Inspiration is in the spirit. In Galations 6 Paul said His Spirit connects w/ our spirit. It produces the same DNA. Romans 8:16 says that our spirit and The Spirit testifies together, that we are the children of God. Our spirit stands in agreement w/ life’s (Zoe) assignment.
So, because of this, I am inspired to live life Jesus-style. Because the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in me. Get your inspiration right, not back. Can’t lose inspiration because to lose your inspiration is to lose your spirit. To lose your spirit is to die. Paul also wrote in Romans 8:2 that the Law of the Spirit of life is in Christ Jesus. He holds the AUTHORITY to inspirations power.
Inspiration will also remove shyness from our personality. Ephesians 4:13 says that Jesus, the completeness of personality, is our standard height. Was Jesus ever shy? NO! He had Holy Ghost boldness. In Proverbs 20:27 says the spirit of man is that factor in human personality which proceeds immediately from God which is the lamp of the Lord. God did not create shyness. Intimidation did. Inspiration is intimidations greatest threat. To remain shy is to refuse His personalities power, which (incidently it is in the Holy Spirit, for all of us) in return will hold on to our weaknesses.
So, in conclusion, our spirit, the inspiration for life, is our created purpose built in us from His ‘divine influence’ to say to life..I will not quit…I will not give up..I will not slow down…I will not shut down…but rather…..I will CHARGE!!! And WIN!!!
